Data & Analytics Practice Lead, APAC

DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking an experienced Practice Lead to manage, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery teams focused on Cloud-based data and analytics solutions. In this strategic role, you will drive the successful adoption of Cloud technologies - advising on best practices, leading service delivery, and developing specialist capabilities within the team.

This role encompasses a blend of sales enablement, people leadership, delivery oversight, and operational excellence, with the ultimate goal of delivering value-driven outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a specialized Service Line team of Data & Analytics experts. Oversee project assignments, performance management, and career development to align with evolving technology priorities and business goals.

Sales Collaboration & Delivery:

Partner closely with in-country sales teams to scope, sell, and deliver innovative Data & Analytics solutions. Drive pre-sales engagements and ensure technical excellence across project delivery.

Executive Delivery Ownership:

Act as the in-country delivery executive sponsor for major programs. Own the delivery lifecycle of complex, large-scale engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment.

What You Bring:

Proven hands-on experience in planning, architecting, and executing complex Data & Analytics engagements on Cloud-native platforms.
Strong consulting background with cross-industry insights to guide and lead the end-to-end delivery of professional services.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and build trusted client relationships at both technical and executive levels.
Track record of developing service line capabilities in line with market trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & Analytics engagements, from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships and drive customer success.
• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams to execute strategy, operations, and process improvements.
• Influence and deliver results through cross-functional teams and stakeholders beyond direct reports.
• Drive growth in new markets by launching and maturing cross-functional initiatives and specialty practices.
• Develop and scale frameworks, best practices, and reusable assets that provide prescriptive guidance and differentiation.
• Implement scalable mechanisms to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency across the organization.
• Execute operational plans to meet go-to-market, financial, and performance goals across customers, partners, and teams.
• Ensure data visibility and accurate reporting through business tools and processes.
• Establish governance and control measures to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience solving business, product, and technical challenges, with 5+ years in people and service line leadership.
• 10+ years leading large-scale Data & Analytics solution design, development, and delivery across Fortune 500 clients globally.
• Proven ability to influence C-level leaders, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/iterative methodologies, and Cloud platforms (infrastructure, data, security, and application services).
• 3+ years of experience working in the ASEAN region, with flexibility to travel as required.
