Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Data & BI Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise analytics data platform supporting marketing, CRM, BI, and advanced analytics across retail and private banking. The role involves close collaboration with technology, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to drive scalable data solutions that support key business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead design and delivery of a unified data platform, including data ingestion, modeling, quality controls, and governance.
2. Drive business intelligence and self-serve analytics adoption across multiple segments and product lines.
3. Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy.
4. Deliver actionable insights to support customer acquisition, portfolio management, and hyper-personalized engagement.
5. Lead cross-functional teams, promote agile delivery practices, and build high-performing analytics capabilities across global teams.

Requirements

1. 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI, ideally within the financial services sector.
2. 8+ years in leadership roles managing data and analytics teams.
3. Deep technical expertise in big data platforms, data architecture, Python/SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
4. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to align data solutions to strategic goals.
5. Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex analytics into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
