Job description

Key Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Insights: Prepare and maintain comprehensive monthly and ad-hoc management reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Data Support & Analysis: Provide critical data insights and support during key meetings or ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely and actionable recommendations.
Champion Digital Transformation: Play an active role in implementing projects focused on digital transformation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Sales & Performance Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports, accompanied by in-depth analysis of rental revenue, sales performance, and occupancy costs.
Lease Compliance & Audit: Conduct annual audit checks on leases and tenants, oversee arrears management, and manage all tenant-related lease administration functions.
Database Accuracy & Monitoring: Maintain and update lease data in the system, ensuring accuracy and reliability while tracking the status of lease documents and agreements.

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of data analytics experiences preferably in the real estate, hospitality or banking industry.
Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel.
Experience working with SAP system will be an added advantage.
Meticulous, organized, and self-driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
