Maintain timely deliverable and accuracy of all critical business reporting and dashboards.
Collaborate with different business departments to understand analytical needs and translate them into data requirements with clearly defined data metrics and definitions.
Co-ordinate and work with the analytics team to optimize the data flow and automate various data sources.
Day-to-day interaction with dashboard, Salesforce, CRM, and other databases on data investigation to track performance of specific business needs.
Create value for RMS globally by translating all the data insights to help in making informed marketing, sales, and business strategies.
Work with local and global analytics teams to drive digital transformation, training, and adoption of solutions.
Work closely with management to prioritize and generate insights using data mining and other data manipulation skills.
Lead ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of the databases.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Management.
Experience
2 years of relevant working experience.

Knowledge / Skills
Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution.
Experience in solving business problems using analytical methods (modelling, visualization, graph analysis).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting platform).
Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, and Python would be advantageous.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in PowerPoint & Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment while working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Experience in Digital Marketing (Marketo, Google, Facebook, etc.) is a plus.
