What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Formulating business growth strategies for multiple core departments, optimizing strategies and business analysis systems.
2. Independently analyzing core factors of business growth, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of various business strategies and operational actions.
3. Producing feasible strategies and operational optimization suggestions.
4. Identifying pain points and problems in the business through data modeling and analysis, collaborating with the business to resolve them.

What We Look For In You:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mathematical statistics, science and engineering, business or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of experience in growth strategy/business analysis/market analysis.
3. Proficient in Excel, SQL, and other tools, with the ability to use ChatGPT for problem-solving.
4. Experience in managing teams is preferred.
5. Strong communication and promotion skills, self-driven, with the ability to promote resolution of business issues.
6. Strong logical thinking ability and willingness to learn.
