Job Title: Junior/Mid-Level Data Analyst

Location: Singapore (CBD)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Data Strategy Group. This role will primarily focus on supporting the management and operations of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Total Portfolio Data Mart (TPDM).

The successful candidate will work closely with teams to ensure smooth data reconciliation, quality checks, and issue resolution across key data management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the ongoing data management and operational activities for U2ID and TPDM.
• Support the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Total Portfolio Data Mart (TPDM) processes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Manage data reconciliation tasks, including implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Address and resolve data issues efficiently, providing support to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for data and related processes.
• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) for data operations and handle user queries.
• Provide technical and functional documentation, including specifications for data operations and processes.
• Contribute to ensuring the data management environment is optimized for the business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related challenges.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• CAT-1 clearance or eligibility is a requirement for this role.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of investment data domains.
• Proven experience in data analysis and data management.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Solid experience with data reconciliation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in managing SLAs and responding to user queries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong logical thinking ability.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with Snowflake data platform.
