Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of state-of-the-art digital solutions to the bank's internal staff and external clients in a hands-on manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to understand their use cases and requirements.
• Analyse data and design solutions for use cases.
• Develop dashboards and applications using Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Quality assurance (review of design, code, tests, documentation, security, etc.).

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics.
• Experience in coding with Python (especially Pandas).
• Experience in databases and SQL, with knowledge of analytical SQL functions (for example, window functions is a plus).
• Experience with data visualization tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to think in abstraction layers and solve complexity by breaking it down into smaller chunks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and facilitate with various parties within the team and with other teams at various levels.

Advantageous Skills (Not Strictly Required):

• Understanding of system design, infrastructure, and security.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and the code review process.
• Experience in CI/CD and other DevOps practices.
• Experience in private banking or the financial sector.
