About the Job:

• Assimilate the banking business knowledge & logic and implement the understanding into data solution.
• Independently handle business stakeholders and translate business requirements into analytical specifications for development & implementation.
• E2E handle BI & Data solution project from pain point discovery till end solution implementation.
• Explore & uncover actionable insight, tapping on which business team can set data-driven enhancement direction.
• Train and help business users to adopt data-driven mindset through project initiation & implementation.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Diploma or plus in Info Tech / Statistics domain.
• Strong in SQL, Python & Data Visualization tools.
• Proven project experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics related domain.
• Background in banking & fintech will be a plus.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset; equipped to deal with ambiguous problem statements and make insightful assumptions.
