We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a background in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Solutions, or data center operations. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated skill set, along with experience and practical knowledge in solution design, configuring Bills of Materials (BOM), conducting Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, and Technical Enablement.
You shall possess a strong presale skill of consultative or facilitative style and will be experienced in handling technical requests in complex, multi-stakeholder environments from initial engagement through to project closeout, as well as ongoing projects with technical advisory. We are also seeking a candidate who is pleasant in conversing and presenting to customers, with strong oral and written communication skills.
The candidate should be a good team player and exhibit broad product knowledge integrated with strong technology understanding, possessing vendor product, sales, and technology certifications. You practice bilateral communication by listening and understanding others’ points of view and demonstrating the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, contributing to their success.
Responsibilities:
- Design AI solutions with a focus on data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
- Lead the development of data management and AI strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize AI solutions to improve data processing, storage, and retrieval systems.
- Engagement and cultivation of strong rapport with partners and vendors.
- Gather market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development, and constant evaluation of potential new product lines.
- Channels training is required.
- Pre-sales support for Nvidia and AI technologies and solutions, including GPUs and deep learning solutions, and identify and analyze customer requirements and architecture.
- Solution design proposal preparation for bids and projects, including proposed architecture and sizing, ensuring to meet project deadlines at all times.
- Provide technical sales advice/support for security solutions including sizing, licensing, technical advice, presentation, proof of concepts, demonstration, and troubleshooting.
- Establish governance frameworks for the ethical and effective use of AI and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform site surveys and assess customers' IT infrastructure.
- Work with vendors, system integrators, and end users when prospecting for business opportunities, including product presentation & technical enablement.
- Collaborate with internal Product Managers & Business Managers to design marketing programs.
- Meet the vendor’s certification requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in Business Development and Solution Architecture within enterprise-level solutions, data centers, or relevant industries.
- Should have a fundamental knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise solutions, and data centers.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate technology and solutions to customers.
- Receptive to working independently and supporting business growth.
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal, self-motivated, and fast learner skills.
- Accountable for assisting business managers in meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- A keen, positive attitude individual as well as an effective team player.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
