Duration: 3 Months

Working Location: Harbourfront

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6pm & Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Data Cleanup Specialist to join our Client Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, transforming and migrating data into Salesforce, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and support effective CRM operations.

Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning and Transformation:

  • Analyse and clean data to remove duplicates, correct errors, and standardize formats.
  • Data assessment: Reviewing data to understand the volume, format, and quality.
  • Transform legacy data into Salesforce-compatible formats using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.

Data Migration and Maintenance:

  • Map and import data into Salesforce using tools like Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector.
  • Conduct post-migration quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist to develop and implement strategies for ongoing data hygiene.

CRM Expertise:

  • Preferably to understand Salesforce and/or other CRM data model, including objects, fields and relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand field mappings and resolve data-related issues.

Data Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure all data handling adheres to applicable privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with Client Solutions, our vendor and IT teams to understand data requirements.
  • Provide support on data best practices.

Automation and Reporting:

  • Generate reports to monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with minimum 1-2 years working experience in data input and analysis roles.
  • Experience with the CRM system, Salesforce and proficient in MS Excel.
  • Understanding Salesforce objects (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities) and relationships.
  • Experience with Excel to analyse and identify data inconsistencies.
  • Knowledge of standardizing formats, deduplication, and handling missing values.
