Responsibilities:

1. Apply effective project management methodologies and ensure appropriate action applies in corrective needs.
2. Develop project plans, activities, and schedules.
3. Manage project Profit & Loss.
4. Manage cross-functional teams in project deliveries.
5. Manage contract requirements, terms, change management, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
6. Provide regular project communications including status updates to customers, senior management, and stakeholders.
7. Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
8. Design appropriate training programs and workshops for the project team.
9. Keep abreast of the latest technology changes to maintain deployment and operational efficiency.
10. Create a positive team environment and coordinate the work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion.
11. Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation.

Requirements:

1. Highly motivated and self-driven to complete assignments with limited resources and tight schedules.
2. Good technical skills in engineering, computer, cybersecurity, and IT systems, preferably in communications technologies as well.
3. Good knowledge of Systems Engineering, Project Management, and Systems Integration.
4. Good communication and writing skills.
5. At least 2 years' experience in project management, able to handle complex projects, technical challenges, and different groups of users and external contractors.
6. Good to have PMP, CITPM, or PRINCE2 certification with a strong understanding of techniques and methods.
7. Strong familiarity with project management software, e.g., MS Project.
8. Strong customer management capabilities in collaboration and understanding their requirements.
9. Strong vendor management skills in negotiation and collaboration.
10. Strong people management abilities.
11. Strong in tracking project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
12. Experience in managing deployment of IT infrastructure, such as systems & networks and cybersecurity solutions.
13. Experience in major IT infrastructure & cybersecurity system updates, upgrades, OS hardening, and migrations.
14. Competent and proficient understanding of IT Infrastructure Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Cloud Computing, and Systems Integration.
