Job description

RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:


Job Details:

  1. Location: Midview
  2. Salary: $2550 Basic + Performance Bonus
  3. Duration: Immediate - 1 Year Renewable
  4. Working hours: Rotating shifts, 5 days a week from Mon-Sun
    • Shift A: 7am-4pm
    • Shift B: 8am-6pm
    • Shift C: 2pm-11pm (Unlikely to be activated for now)

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated cases – average 12 cases per day.
  2. Resolving cases via emails and do follow up calls only.

Requirements:

  1. Min O Levels
  2. Prior customer service experience in handling escalation complaints
  3. Comfortable to do shift work
