Are you passionate about working in financial markets and providing technical support for the world's leading financial professionals? Join the Bloomberg Customer Support team, a key part of our User Support business.
As a Bloomberg Customer Support professional, you will focus on providing excellent customer service and managing various client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues. Responsibilities include:
You will connect with clients, including CEOs and executive managers, providing technical training on the Bloomberg Terminal and connecting them to internal teams as needed. Work as part of a 500-strong distributed team, supporting clients in more than 15 languages.
