Customer Support Associate (1 Year Contract)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
2. Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
3. Provide relevant service information to callers
4. Assist with appointment booking from Hospital, SAF and CHAS GP
5. Maintain basic telephone standards are adhered to
6. Ensure general maintenance of work station.
7. Assists in clinic surveys with PR department
8. Assists in mentoring & guiding new staff
9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive

Job Requirement

1. At least 1 year of call centre working environment
