Customer Success Executive

FoodXervices Inc is one of the top foodservice distributors in Singapore, servicing over 4800 clients ranging from top hotels and restaurants, airlines, cafes, fast food chains, and culinary institutions.

We are looking for an office-based Customer Success Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a personable character with great communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities include:

1. Using all proper means in the Employee’s capacity to advise, promote, improve, develop, extend and maintain the Group’s business and to protect and further the reputation, business, interests of the Group.
2. Using and optimising usage of all improved and updated technological/digital software made available – including assisting for Software Implementation, Improvement and Training (i.e., Zendesk, etc.).
3. Processing the placement of orders received from customers via phone and email.
4. Responding and following up to customer inquiries via email or phone.
5. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Building rapport with customers and maintaining customer-client relationships.
7. Providing timely solutions to customers regarding their transactions.
8. Suggesting alternative purchase options to prospective customers.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Possess a minimum Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.
2. Beneficial to have experience dealing with 3PL/4PL and Export customers, not a must-have.
3. Have excellent communication skills.
4. Be comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
5. Be a good team player with a positive attitude.
6. Be organised and demonstrate ability with admin tasks.
7. Be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
8. Must be able to work on Saturdays, when OT is required (alternate weeks).
9. Be able to start work immediately.
