Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service support in crypto trading via live chat or email;
  • Be familiar with the company's trading platform and be up-to-date on platform campaigns/events;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
  • Manage feedback & provide proper solutions within the service level time limits; ensure proper follow-up & resolution;
  • Understand customers' needs and convert it into constructive feedback to management;
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance team performance and work efficiency;
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline;
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome;
  • Knowledge in Helpdesk management tools and reporting;
  • Fluency in English in communication and writing in order to liaise with English-speaking clients; multilingual capability is a big plus;
  • Fluency in Mandarin in communication and writing in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts (is a plus);
  • Great passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading; knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus;
  • High level of honesty and integrity; proactive and meticulous; a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
  • Passionate about the customer service industry and can accept to work under different shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,650.00 - $3,200.00 per month
