Job description

Scope of Service:

  1. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
  2. In-house service role to respond to customer inquiries promptly through in-house digital platform and WhatsApp messaging.
  3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  4. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve customer service and operational processes.
  5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant customer service experience or marketing assistance is preferred.
  2. Familiarity with online/digital messaging platforms for business purposes.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  4. Availability to work 8 hours from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm for 5-6 days a week, with one weekend commitment on Saturday or Sunday for home-based working.

The position is only available for Contract for Service Placement / Part-time / Internship.
