Assist in the daily warehouse operations to improve the operating standard, inventory management, customer service, quality and efficiency of the service operations.
Assist in the customer service and inventory control to ensure prompt and good services delivered, and provide prompt rectification to remedy any service delivery deficiencies identified.
Employ best practices in the functions of service standard setting, operations, inventory control, and customer service for the most efficient and effective approach.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) aspect within the accounts served by the Company, including conducting internal reviews to plan for relevant program(s)/activities.
Resolve customer-related issues and concerns quickly and efficiently.
Keep customers well-informed and updated on the services, including new offerings.
Establish discussions with Manager(s)-in-charge to plan strategically.
Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understand key customers’ individual needs and address these while maintaining updated information on the market and industry.
Adopt knowledge for good operational services for continuous professional development.
Maintain customer files with quotations and internal approval forms and other information.
