Received rates from Planner, forward to Sales and follow cargo status.
Create JOB in Cargoware for cargo details, shipper requirements and request Planner to proceed booking with quotation email.
Provide booking confirmation to customer or Sales once received Planner.
Manage HAWB process in Cargoware and activate service provider - Declarator for Export permit declaration.
Monitor shipment status of uplift, arrival and any irregularity.
Received inbound pre-alert from customer. Activate service provider - Declarator for Import permit and liaise with OPS for terminal clearance, breakdown or delivery (if any).
AR process and ensure receipt payment from customers within granted period.
Others - Source prices or solutions for businesses do not transit via SG if any enquiry from Sales through WCA network.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of customer service and relevant experience.
Proven experience in air freight industry or logistic firm will be a plus point.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in finding new customers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on driving results and delivering value.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with logistics management software is a plus.
