Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Welcome and assist customers warmly, providing accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Caring Skin’s values and image.
Problem-Solving:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
Appointment Scheduling Support:
- Assist in maximizing appointment bookings and scheduling for customers efficiently and in an organized manner.
Product Knowledge and Enquiries:
- Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Professionally handle walk-in customers, incoming calls, and email inquiries.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively within the branch and across departments to fulfill customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that values mutual support.
Customer Feedback:
- Promptly handle customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Engage with clients on skin condition progress, treatment updates, and appointment scheduling.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Store Maintenance:
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, including ensuring product displays are in order.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or retail sales, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and passion for outstanding customer service.
- Interest in beauty and skincare is a plus!
