Job Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries and requests from clients regarding various aspects of their orders, such as order information, status updates, quotations, shipping details, delivery schedules, and inventory availability.
Providing accurate and timely information to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and offering solutions to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Working closely with internal cross-functional teams, including but not limited to logistics, warehouse, sales, and finance departments, to coordinate and fulfill clients' operational requirements.
Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment to meet clients' expectations and deadlines.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, order accuracy, and on-time delivery, and taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain performance standards.
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Business or a Supply Chain related course.
2 years of working experience in a similar role.
