Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests from clients regarding various aspects of their orders, such as order information, status updates, quotations, shipping details, delivery schedules, and inventory availability.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and offering solutions to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Working closely with internal cross-functional teams, including but not limited to logistics, warehouse, sales, and finance departments, to coordinate and fulfill clients' operational requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment to meet clients' expectations and deadlines.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, order accuracy, and on-time delivery, and taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain performance standards.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Business or a Supply Chain related course.
  • 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
