Job description
Responsibilities
Daily WIP update / Weekly schedule update / Weekly shipped quantity
Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process.
Receive / Register new PO / Update schedule to ATSM and Daily call
Send shipping info to customers and update Shipment summary
RMA# / Recall Letters / Customs clearance
Adhoc requests (Pull in / Swap / Divert / Push out / Cancellation / Monitor escalated orders)
Qualifications
Diploma in any field.
Able to handle multiple entities with collaboration with team members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for dealing with a cross-functional team.
Knowledge in Oracle & QuickBooks would be advantageous.
Need to speak 2 languages when we work (Korean, English) and Chinese (optional)

Annual Leave: Start from 10 days
