Customer Service Representative (Indoor Sales)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (Indoor Sales) at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the Kallang Central Region. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a vital role in achieving the company's sales goals and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
2. Process orders and assist customers with product selections, pricing, and order tracking
3. Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and cross-sell/upsell products
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order details
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in the technology or retail industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns
4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
5. Adaptable and quick learner to stay informed about product updates and industry changes
6. Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
