Customer Service Representative

Industry: Logistic Industry
Location: Pandan Road
Working Hours: 5 Days a week (8.30 am to 6.00 pm)
Basic Up to $2500 + Attractive Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders daily
• Track and monitor customer orders daily
• Handle credit notes and update the system
• Ensure goods returns are updated in the system
• Update stock inventory reports
• Participate in stock counts when needed
• Prepare management reports on inventory and service levels

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player
• 5 days a week
