Job Description: Customer Service Operator

Location:
56 Woodlands Industrial Park E7, Singapore 757827

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week (Thursday to Monday)
  • Off days on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Compulsory to work on PH(Off In Lieu will be given)
  • Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Operator to manage calls, messages, and emails received from clients, ensuring immediate responses and swift resolution of inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be expected to resolve all active inquiries in the shortest possible time while maintaining high levels of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to client calls, messages, and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Resolve all active inquiries, ensuring the shortest possible resolution time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude in every interaction.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring clear, concise, and timely responses.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of client inquiries and resolutions.
  • Multitask effectively and manage time efficiently to handle a high volume of inquiries.
  • Provide assistance in any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or call center role.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Hokkien dialect is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage a high volume of inquiries.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
