Customer Service Operations Team Lead (Tuas / Salary up to $3450)

Job Responsibilities

1. To assist Supervisor in overseeing the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries
2. Attending to all operational matters and make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
3. Ensure that all staff deployed on site adheres to the general rules relating to personal safety, security & guidelines
4. Ensuring proper distribution of workload among the team
5. Providing training and guidance to CSO to ensure that they are able to perform their daily tasks
6. Attending to emergencies, urgent calls and implementing contingency plans procedures in accordance to SOPs
7. Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
8. Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
9. Submitting daily statement of accounts together with the relevant reports and cash bank-in slips using the format approved
10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

1. Minimum GCE A levels or Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of Supervisory experience
2. Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
3. A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
4. Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
6. Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
