Customer Service / Operations Executive (Freight Services)

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Handle enquiries from customers and quote accordingly.

• Arrange booking with Airlines and problem solving.

Operations:

Import:

• Arrange contractor to clear shipment from the terminals.

• Delivery arrangement to customer once customs clear the shipment.

Export:

• Arrange with CS to book shipment.

• Collect shipment from customers.

• Execute airway bills and label the cargoes.

• Arrange for shipment to be transferred to terminals.

Requirements:

• Good with computers, fast learner, good attitude, problem solver, and team player.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
