What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Providing customer service support via phone calls & emails to resolve queries.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers to deliver inquiry/troubleshooting support.
  • Escalating inquiries to managers for further actions.
  • Gathering client and partner feedback to enhance customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma or GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of experience in the Call Centre industry
  • Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills
  • Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset
  • Team player who is able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.

Additional Information:

  • Commencement Date: Late June/July 2025
  • Mondays to Fridays; Office Hours
  • Basic salary + monthly incentives
  • Work Location: 5 minutes walk from Novena MRT
