Meet and greet all walk-in customers as soon as they arrive.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Interact professionally with all customers to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to offer assistance where necessary.
Record daily showroom lead traffic and assign to Sales Consultant accordingly.
Accountable for showroom cleanliness, demonstration and Company vehicles.
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as cashiers, filing, photocopying, compiling reports and planning rosters.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Daily preparation for showroom for business (music, TV, upkeep accuracy of price list, specification sheet) and replenish point of sales and marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal and external customers for operation matters.
Active selling of parts, accessories, merchandising and lifestyle products to customers who visit the showroom.
Introduce and explain information such as features, advantages, benefits and technical information of lifestyle merchandise and accessories to customers, especially during the sales process.
Provide quotations and coordinate sales of lifestyle and accessories to customers.
Preparation of all-inclusive price offers in consultation with the sales and aftersales department.
Furnishing and updating of sales literature and price tags.
Responsibility for proper billing and parts issuing.
Requirements:
Minimum O Level and above with at least 3 years of experience in customer service field
Team Player
Proficient in MS Office
Working Hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Saturday, 1 weekday off, Sunday closed)
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 9am to 6.30pm. Eligible for OT
