Customer Service Officer/Rotating Shift/Seletar/ $2000

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Golfing)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Location: Transport provided from Khatib/Sengkang MRT stations
Salary Range: $1,500 - $2000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Membership Verification

• Verify membership status and handicap cards of Members, Guests, and Visitors.

Transaction Management

• Issue Debit Notes and Green Fee Tabs as required.
• Collect Green Fees and Buggy Fees from players.

Booking Coordination

• Handle Time Sheet bookings via phone, ensuring Members provide required details (date, time, membership, handicap, and guest information).
• Allocate caddies to golfers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customer Service

• Attend to telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties, including maintaining the handicap scoring system.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week: Rotating shifts
  • Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clerical tasks.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Minimum educational qualification: Primary/Secondary School/‘O’ Level or Professional Certificate.
