Work Hours
As our Customer Service Officer, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week, including a weekend. Here's what your typical week looks like:
Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
You'll also get one weekday off and one weekend off each week
Engaging 2-hours (+/-) team meeting weekly, to brainstorm and collaborate.
Work Location
Experience the excitement of working in various locations! Your work location may vary based on operational needs, but rest assured, we've got your preferences covered. We'll consider your preferred centers when deciding your final deployment.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably within enrichment centres
Proficient in MacBook and G-Suite applications (e.g., Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail
Proven sales skills or experience in achieving sales targets is an advantage.
Demonstrates effective and efficient customer service abilities
Exhibits strong work ethics, including integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
Positive and professional demeanour with strong listening abilities
Capable of working independently while also being a team player
Willingness to work at different centres as needed based on operational requirements
