CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - MNC ($2.8K to $3K/ KAKI BUKIT)

Job Description:

• $2,800 to $3,000
• Monday to Friday, office hours
• Working location: Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities:

1. Processing customer orders, planning, preparing shipping documentation, and scheduling deliveries.
2. Liaising with customers and salespeople to ensure smooth and timely execution of deliveries.
3. Attending to customer inquiries or feedback and liaising with Sales to follow up.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
2. Candidates without relevant experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply.
3. Bilingual in English and Chinese to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.
