Purpose of Job:

  • To represent the company to the company’s corporate accounts.
  • To provide the highest possible level of customer service.
  • To manage the relationship between the company and the company’s corporate accounts: getting and keeping contact, following up the files, keeping a sales back-up.
  • Provide HR support.

Job Scope:

  • Answer phone enquiries / web enquiries.
  • Take down client’s removal details.
  • Set up survey appointments for the sales department.
  • Take client’s requirements from the survey report & any other information source into account and formalize them in a quote for removal.
  • Ensure with the clients and the Operational Manager that the administrative file (export documentation) is duly filled and complete.
  • Promptly follow up on requests from direct clients / branch / agents.
  • Prepare physical file, put in all necessary documents then pass to the traffic department.
  • Tally details on the system and physical document.
  • Update our internal excel sheets accordingly.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in the logistics / relocation industry.
