Customer Service Officer (Healthcare)

Position: Customer Service Officer

Salary: $2,200 - $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Location: Across Singapore

Working Hours / Days: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Mon – Fri), 08.30 AM – 12.30 PM (Alt Sat)

Our Public Healthcare Client located centrally (near MRT) is inviting individuals who enjoy customer service to join their healthcare family as Patient Service Associates.

Candidates without relevant experience but possess a positive attitude and have a keen interest in customer service are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or center.
• Maintain overall décor and cleanliness at the clinic, front counter, and reception area.
• Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment lines.
• Provide financial counseling where necessary.
• Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing, and charges.
• Account for handover and closing of counter payments.
• Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
• Assist doctors with patient medical reviews in the consultation rooms.

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE "N" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and customer handling preferred.
• Candidates with experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Open to work overtime and deployment during the pandemic.
