Customer Service Officer (Govt Surveyor) | Up $3,300 | Yearly Renewable Contract

Work Location: Novena / Clarke Quay

Contract Duration: Till 31 Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on business needs, work overtime required)

Job Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls & site visits to ensure timely consent collection with HR Manager/HR Professionals.
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishments to participate in digital survey data transmission.
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondents regarding the confidential database to be extracted.
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension.
• Compile, record, and input results and data from interview surveys into the system.
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
• Ensure that the given KPIs are met based on the project timeline.
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ levels and above.
• Equipped with work experience in survey operations, sales, front desk, or customer service roles.
• Those without the academic qualifications will be considered with relevant work experience.
• Applicants with call center backgrounds, direct sales, and customer-facing roles will be advantageous.
• Able to handle objections and complaints and proficiently de-escalate these cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.
• Effective team player but also an efficient individual contributor.
