Job description
Our client is a logistics, shipping, and maritime services provider offering a wide range of services throughout the Asia-Pacific .
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations to provide excellent customer service and coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams.
Communicate with customers professionally, give updates on time, and work with the Manager and teams to handle requests or complaints.
Ensure accurate documentation, update internal records for forwarding jobs, and process invoices on time.
Follow Customer Service Standards and Company procedures, seek client feedback, and share it with the Customer Service Manager and QA.
Requirements:
Diploma and above
At least 2 years of experience in Freight logistics and Marine sector.
Good knowledge of the freight forwarding processes and Marine spare parts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
