Customer Service Officer

• Salary: Up to $3000 + Incentives
• Location: Changi South (Nearest MRT: Expo OR Upper Changi)
• Working Days: 5.5 days’ work week (Alternate)
• Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm ; 8.30am – 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and handle requests.
• Process invoices and service job entries.
• Assist as a Customer Service Advisor when needed.
• Handle accident reporting.
• Collect and submit payments.
• Manage job closures and invoicing.
• Maintain document filing.
• Process warranty claims.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in reception or customer service roles (preferably in Automotive Industry).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry.
