Customer Service Officer - Be the Face & Voice of Our Automotive Excellence!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry? Join our team as a Customer Service Officer and become the first point of contact for our valued clients!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally at our service centers

  • Coordinate front-line operations and manage appointment bookings

  • Handle first-level complaints and ensure smooth center operations

  • Assist with payment transactions and vehicle release

  • Support Service Advisors and Call Agents in their duties

  • Perform upselling when appropriate during customer interactions

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and appointment bookings

  • Follow up on no-show bookings to reschedule appointments

  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

  • Accurately record and relay messages to appropriate team members

  • Assist with daily reception operations and intake reports

  • Handle cashiering duties and document submission

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of automotive services (preferred)

  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software

  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
