Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally at our service centers
Coordinate front-line operations and manage appointment bookings
Handle first-level complaints and ensure smooth center operations
Assist with payment transactions and vehicle release
Support Service Advisors and Call Agents in their duties
Perform upselling when appropriate during customer interactions
Manage inbound/outbound calls and appointment bookings
Follow up on no-show bookings to reschedule appointments
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Accurately record and relay messages to appropriate team members
Assist with daily reception operations and intake reports
Handle cashiering duties and document submission
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of automotive services (preferred)
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
