Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

• Call Centre / Customer Service Experience
• No Exp Are Welcome To Apply - Training Provided
• Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (including weekends)
• CBD (Near to MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channels e.g., email.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes email.
• Proper recording of conversations with customers in the CRM system.
• Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers.
• Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of Call Centre / Customer Service experience.
• No experience is welcome to apply & training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekends off).

Other Information:

• Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Day Work Week (including weekends).
• Location: CBD.
• Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB.
