Due to business expansion plans in Singapore, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our organisation.

Job Descriptions:

  1. To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
  2. To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system.
  3. Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies on a weekly basis.
  4. Ensure that order shipments are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and/or management.
  5. Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
  6. Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year experience in customer service.
  2. Minimum O-Level.
  3. Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and possess a positive attitude.
  5. Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment.
  6. Training provided.
