Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet all Guests and Welcome them into the showroom
  2. Attend to customer needs and direct them to the appropriate channel
  3. Ensure guests have safe entry into premises
  4. Collate customer information into SalesForce
  5. Send daily traffic report to managers
  6. Daily settlement for finance (end of day summary)
  7. Track demo cars and showroom keys
  8. Monitor and track sales petrol cards
  9. Maintain records of vehicle loan forms from SCs
  10. Keep record of extended test drive keys (vehicle in/out of the cars)
  11. Keep record of walk-in, demo car and ETD lists
  12. Keep record of test drives and driving licenses and send reports
  13. Change out and display the price specs for showroom vehicles
  14. Wave customers' vehicle number at basement car park for parking
  15. Coordinate and liaise with the technician for any showroom damages

Requirements

  1. Minimum O Level and above with at least 3 years of experience in customer service field
  2. Proficient in MS Office
  3. 5 days work week: Monday to Saturday (1 weekday off), Sunday closed, 9am to 6.30pm
  4. Location: Alexandra Road (moving to Ubi)
