Customer Service Officer (Airfreight)

Responsibilities:

1. Booking of flights with airlines
2. Arrangement of shipments with customers and contractors
3. Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
5. Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements
6. Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
7. Ensure all data are updated correctly in the system
8. Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc. on shipment requirements
9. Track and monitor shipments status and inform customers accordingly

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in Airfreight and familiar with import and export process
2. Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
3. A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Flexible / Adaptive to changes
5. Meticulous to details
6. Able to commit OT / weekend duties / after office hours coordination
