JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide information about our cooling services at our experience centre (based at HDB Hub at Toa Payoh)
  • Respond to inquiries, addressing customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Prepare and verify billing documents
  • Maintain and keep accurate records of customer profiles, transactions, and feedback
  • Efficiently evaluate and accurately document customer inquiries and billing information in the system
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with and work closely with other departments to improve customer service processes / experience and resolve complex issues
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrate excellent telecommunication abilities and strong customer service skills
  • Possess a genuine passion for providing customer-focused service with the ability to manage stressful situations
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call centre with the public housing sector is a plus
