JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide information about our cooling services at our experience centre (based at HDB Hub at Toa Payoh)
- Respond to inquiries, addressing customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Prepare and verify billing documents
- Maintain and keep accurate records of customer profiles, transactions, and feedback
- Efficiently evaluate and accurately document customer inquiries and billing information in the system
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with and work closely with other departments to improve customer service processes / experience and resolve complex issues
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate excellent telecommunication abilities and strong customer service skills
- Possess a genuine passion for providing customer-focused service with the ability to manage stressful situations
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre with the public housing sector is a plus
