Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our automated car wash team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers, helping them navigate our automated systems when staff is not present, and performing basic car cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance : Greet customers warmly and provide guidance on how to use our automated car wash system, especially when other staff members are not around.
• Basic Car Cleaning : Perform essential car cleaning tasks, including washing, vacuuming, and other related services.
• Customer Satisfaction : Put a smile on customers' faces by delivering helpful, friendly service and ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Maintenance and Safety : Ensure a clean and safe work environment, reporting any issues with equipment or facilities as needed.

Basic Requirements

• Experience in Car Washing : Familiarity with basic car wash tasks like washing, vacuuming, and drying vehicles.
• Customer-Friendly Attitude : Ability to engage with customers warmly and professionally.
• Reliability : Able to work independently and handle customer interactions when no other staff are available.

Good to Have

• Detailing Background : Prior experience with car detailing is an advantage and will be highly regarded.

Work Location

• Main Location : Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2.
• Flexibility : May be assigned to other outlets if additional support is required.
