Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

To manage a condominium’s daily operations and to carry out policies set by the condo management board such as:

  1. Manage and attend to residents' requests, feedbacks and respond to their requests promptly.
  2. Assist contractors and visitors with parking at the Upper and Lower Carparks.
  3. Monitor and report any instances of incidents and illegal parking.
  4. Provide directions and information to visitors regarding lobbies and their parking zones.
  5. Assist residents, visitors, and trainers with the use of Clubhouse facilities (Gym, Function Room, Spa, Yoga Room).
  6. Ensure compliance with facility usage guidelines as outlined in the By-Laws/Policy.
  7. Check that common area works at the carpark adhere to safety protocols.
  8. Monitor Moving In/Out and Renovation Activities, particularly during loading, unloading operations and use of the Service lift.
  9. Assist residents and visitors experiencing difficulties with entry at lobbies or intercom issues.

Qualification / Education Required

  1. GCE “N” Levels
  2. Good interpersonal skills with a passion to work with people.
