Job Description:

• Finalise invoices to all customers by verifying the costing, discounts and the operation codes for each invoices.
• Ensure each items listed in the invoices are authorised by the respective authorised personnel before sending the invoices to customers.
• Calculate the man hours of each technicians and calculate the service incentive for each technicians to the management
• Close job orders for billing to customers
• Verify the contractors’ invoices by checking the service /repair pricing pre-approved by the management.
• Man the Express counters by performing the role of CSA.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner as a front line employee
• Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing technical advices
• Work as a team with internal and external stakeholders like customers, contactors, workshop & etc
• Prepare quotation, debit note or credit note to customers
• Raise job orders to workshops & contractors
• Liaise with controllers & contractors on service/repair quality and price of work
• Follow up with workshop & contractors on the service / repair of the vehicles and feedback to customers
• Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers.
• To perform basic investigation into customers’ complains and rectify the problems by coming up with recommendation within guidelines
• Escalate more pressing issues to Supervisors.
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years customer service or aftersales admin role in an automotive industry
• Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Minimum NITEC Automotive Engineering
