Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via various means (Emails/ Calls/ WA) in a timely manner
  2. Understand & explain company’s product and provide appropriate recommendations
  3. Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers
  4. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions / databases
  5. Proactively monitor customer’s orders and resolve issues before they become critical
  6. Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver customer’s request(s)
  7. Build and maintain good relationships with our customers and suppliers to ensure high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Able to speak proficiently in different languages)
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
