One of our clients, a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations, is looking for an experienced professional to lead their dynamic team as Customer Service Officer.

Job Description

1. Deliver professional customer service to hotline calls.
2. Be the first point of touch with customers.
3. Handle and resolve customers' inquiries and feedback.
4. Ensure that complaints are monitored and resolved.
5. Able to handle emergency situations/complaints appropriately should the situation arise.

Job Requirements

1. Min Nitec holder.
2. Min 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment.
3. Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
