Job description
Responsibility
- To attend walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner;
- To explore and introduce different types of services and options that are available to clients;
- To organize and analyze customer intentions and information;
- To perform general administrative and clerical duties;
- To maintain and update customer records;
- To handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree;
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with computer, smartphone applications, and software;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be willing to work in a retail setting (weekends), 5 days work per week;
- Customer satisfaction orientation;
- On-the-job training provided.
