Job Description
Be accountable for all correspondence matters (class scheduling, updates, announcements etc) with all stakeholders via various communication platforms.
Manage customer inquiries, escalations or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide administrative support and maintain close communication with stakeholders.
Upkeep of database records and manage schedule in the CRM systems.
Manage inventory levels for merchandise.
Responsible for the issuance of all term invoices and merchandise sales.
Liaise with building management on any maintenance issues and facilities requests.
Ensure the facility is in proper, clean, and safe condition.
Support management to ensure smooth operations process and flow for all events (trainings, competitions, etc).
Handle all matters and correspondence with various agencies & authorities.
Provide inter-department assistance such as sales, marketing & finance to ensure alignment in customer service initiatives and address customer needs effectively.
Requirements
Possess a Diploma.
More than 5 years of experience in customer service/operations/facilities management.
